FAQ
What is a Meet and Greet?
A Meet and Greet is a scheduled appointment at no cost and with no obligation. It’s an opportunity to see if we’re a good fit for you and your pet. During this time, we discuss your pet’s needs and create a customized care plan should you choose to proceed with our services.
What are Everyday Walks?
Everyday Walks are designed for clients who need assistance with basic pet care tasks, such as putting on a harness, clipping on a leash, or waste pickup. These walks typically 15-30 minutes and are available 7 days a week, including holidays. Holiday walks include an additional $15 fee per walk.
What are the walker’s responsibilities?
Our walkers ensure your pet receives care at the requested times—morning, midday, and night. Responsibilities include:
• Taking your pet outside for potty breaks and cleaning up waste
• Providing fresh food and water as needed
• Notifying you if your pet requires grooming or if food and supplies are running low
Are Everyday Walks short-term or long-term?
Everyday Walks are typically long-term but can also be short-term based on your needs.
Examples:
Short-Term:
• You’ve had surgery and need temporary assistance while you recover
• You require daily walks during winter to avoid icy sidewalks
Long-Term:
• You use a wheelchair or walker and need ongoing pet care support
• You have a pet for companionship or service, and we assist with all their care needs
Can I customize services?
Absolutely! We offer flexible scheduling to fit your needs. For example, if you need two 15-minute walks per day and three 30-minute walks per week, we can accommodate your request and adjust as needed.
